[要望] CloudFront のエラーページの挙動を変えてほしい

IPv4, IPv6 アドレスによる制御を行った際に、403 エラーだったとしても 200ステータスとindex.htmlのコンテンツをレスポンスしているようです。 index.htmlを返さず、素直に403エラーが返せた方が安全だと思うのですが、検討いただけますでしょうか。
