Echinus*title: 0 does not remove the titlebar, no other way to disable the titlebar.

channel list max width

The channel list should have a max width. When a channel has a long title it takes up half the width of the page.

microreader is unreadable on a mobile device. channel list should be collapsed be default. the header text scale to the width of screen so only a few words a readable.

channel update timeout

I've noticed some channels stalls when updating this then blocks all other request. (see issue #52)There should be a timeout for each channel to deal with this.
