I added a new option: maxSize. If user chose a large picture on mobile , croppie is slower while he is zooming picture or rotating it.
當不同縣市有相同行政區名稱時，在過濾資料時會把所有縣市相同行政區資料全部抓到 Pharmacies 裡，所以判斷時需判斷是否指定的縣市資料。
