It also seems not to work on all Invidous instances -- it seems to work on https://yewtu.be but not https://iteroni.com. Expanded support would be appreciated.

It seems to be a recent issue, there may be an underlying issue; I'm not sure.

It seems that the freezing issue is caused specifically by `scope.sh`, based on a `ps -fA` I run while experience lags. [scope.sh](https://github.com/ranger/ranger/files/5908881/scope.txt)

It seemed to also be happening from viewing PDF/EPUB previews and also possibly from opening a shell in a directory within `ranger`.

I don't know which terminal I was using but for example if I was trying to run zsh it would correct to ash or some other "actual word".
