All the custom functions you made should be typed, such as `getRegionsFor`, etc., this would make this library SO much better.

What's the status of this implementation? cuid2 has been deprecated for a couple of months and has clearly stated that it has security vulnerabilities. No harsh feelings toward the Prisma...
Any updates on this? This would be really convenient to toggle a powersync publication in the dashboard only, instead of also having to modify the migration to add the publication...
