Same issue for myself with Linux Mint 21.3. Error report never generated as system will state that Olive is unresponsive and will force it to close. Not able to reproduce...

Second the above points. Orca has very detailed settings for overhang speed, but fan speed can't be controlled at the same level as Prusa Slicer. I find myself missing this...
