add labels to tripcodes from backend

Could put a # or ## between name like mod trips are(edited)

it'd be cool to do a feature where you can apply labels to tripcodes liek as an admin so if someone is known VIP poster youc an tag them "VIP" or like whatever role/label you want (like "friend" or "newbie" or whatever!)

just an idea
