using > character to

Description: using ">" as a prefix on most imageboard/bbs is indicative of a quote however using it after a newline does not produce a closed quote style

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to message field and input > followed by any words you wish to quote and then a newline or a space character and a newline and then more text
2. submit message

Expected Response: a newline after a quoted line that begins with > will have a closed quote symbol afterwaard

Affected: All devices / post rendering bug

Suggested fix: bring into line with expected ending quote with newline quote ending behaviour for other boards
