I recommend just installing on WSL2 if you wish to use windows. The install will complete without issue.

You are welcome to try my fork `karyeet/pufferpanel:devel` (from: https://github.com/karyeet/PufferPanel). Except for source servers (which dont support arm64), running servers in standard environment and in supported containers works as expected....

Behavior is the same when using "Extract Archive" button within PufferPanel web UI.

Just read its not true P2P, which explains the speeds. I'd recommend changing the readme to be more clear.
