+1 from me. The same situation with Cinder CSI (Openstack) and EBS CSI. The VMSingle object changes, but the operator doesn't resize the pvc, you have to resize it manually.

The same issue in https://github.com/kubeflow/pipelines/issues/8844, but in our case I had to increase `max_connections` to 500 and it's definitely not a solution, because the number of artifacts is constantly growing.

Its very relevant in a mono repo environment. If it will be possible to assign a path relative to which the extension should work, it will be great.
