4.1.13 disables 'Settings' and 'Add-ons and Themes' in T-Bird 128.2.3esr menu

Installed nostalgy_pp_4.1.13-tb. Works fine with T-Bird 128.2.3esr (64-bit). HOWEVER: when this version of the plugin is active, and when you click on: - Settings - Add-ons and Themes ... nothing...
