Is the teradatasqlalchemy package a distinct entity from sqlalchemy-teradata?

@sandan That fixed my connection issue. I noticed some apparent changes between the teradatasqlalchemy and sqlalchemy-teradata. Namely that the column names are all uppercase which is breaking some other code....
