Hmm, these are the slim images though which I think comes with an expectation that everything is stripped out.

We should work on #478 - I think the original goal here is to have the smallest image possible for cloud deployments where even saving 5Mb (* 100K+ deployments) does...

We have had nightlies for some time now.

We won't be removing old images (as that will break users) but we'll investigate sending signals about the obsoletion of these.

Need to think about how we approach this given the move to Eclipse Adoptium. How does Ali-Baba want these to be discovered at DockerHub?

That's a call for @dinogun to make :-). We are reworking scripts to provide more automation in this space but it's currently a manual trigger.

Should this be closed in that case?
