Discussed in snarfed/bridgy#173 And based on http://microformats.org/wiki/rel-shortlink#Abstract we should add rel=shortlink like rel=bookmark to the hentry-scoped rel-properties, and also backcompat support for interpreting class=shortlink as class=u-shortlink.

I just came across this extension to AS 1.0 http://activitystrea.ms/specs/json/replies/1.0/ that includes "replies" which Granary does use, but also "likes" and "shares". Currently Granary puts likes and shares under "tags"...
