Snyk is flagging `lodash.set` as having a high vulnerability due to prototype pollution: https://security.snyk.io/vuln/SNYK-JS-LODASHSET-1320032. There isn't any fixed version reported. Is this still an active issue?

PHP warning when $attachment_url is an array

I'm not sure exactly why I'm running across this in my app... but I'm getting an array passed to `_get_attachment_id_from_url` rather than a string. This is predictably throwing a warning...

Support for adding and removing panels

It would be nice to have the ability to define or modify what panels appear for the code view. In my case, I'd like to have JS/CSS/HTML (but not mustache.)...
