Same thing keeps happening on my Samsung Galaxy A33 5G using Android 13

To turn off the display filters, select the "Sharp" filter. However, this does not change the fact that this type of setting should be better communicated to end users.

The problem is that the Sharp filter *isn't* pixel-perfect. It renders things with locked aspect ratio of the Cores, scaled up to fill the display screen height.

Same thing happens on my Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, although multitouch does not work in both landscape and portrait modes. Tested with mGBA Core.
