additional info -- ctrl+g works and changing from the geforce menu to "fullscreen off" works as well ... froze on me once - but at least i don't have to...

discovered, that [Shift]+[Alt]+[enter] works as a switch to/from multiline mode as well, maybe it should be mentioned on the help screen as well

I can confirm that this issue also happens on the moonlight-qt version, so i don't think it's related to android implementation of moonlight / or moonlight itself ... just my...
