I assume that [escrl/openmensa-parser-berlin](/escrl/openmensa-parser-berlin) (and [escrl/openmensa-feed-berlin](/escrl/openmensa-feed-berlin)) is the new home of Berlins canteen feeds? Then this PR should be closed...

Concerning the opening times, I would recommend a XML element such as ``` xml 8-14 ``` as a sub-element of a **day**. Surely, this makes feeds contain even more redundant...

@openwrtdiy this PR only implements the mwan3 part (scripts configuring the firewall). The mwan3 ui is implemented by package `luci-app-mwan3`. I will look into implementing the necessary change(s) to that...
