I don’t think this adds much value, but it’s another point for documentation that has to be maintained (or, more realistically, will be neglected).

Any update on this? Automatic reconnects would be really useful for me. I’d even try to contribute if something specific is missing.

Updated the implementation following @pa-valentino’s suggestion. Edit: had to revert it. It compiles fine, but the resulting type still has nullable values. I’ll add explicit type annotations to the test...
