well, der commit war nicht ganz so geplant... 1.13 wird übrigens am mittwoch released. Spigot & Bungeecord haben schon zur prerelease 7 eine vorabversion spendiert bekommen.
well makes sense that you can't have an skin without texture. if you want to set a steve-skin then you should get the actual texture for it and set it.
