No, it's not confused. This is caused by unix style line breaks vs windows style line breaks. Thanks for spotting down the scale / size issue.

Looks like we need a rebase after all - after the windows scipy fix has been merged.

It often helps to use Extensions > Ink/Stitch > Troubleshoot > Cleanup Document This will remove small elements fromt he document - so you don't have to search for them...
