Ok, I've added the repository. I'm getting an error code (404 page) when trying adding moderators/admins though, do users need to authorize GitLocalize first or something like that @sotayamashita?

@sotayamashita I am still getting a 404 error when trying to add `RichardLitt`as an admin, any ideas why that might be happening?

If not now, maybe in a future refactor etc.
