Tor configuration invalid or server down :: [Errno 111] Connection refused HELP!!!

I have the same problem.It was saying that there is no `root/instapy-config.json` file .So I copyed the file and pasted to `../root` Then I uncommented `ControlPort 9051` checked the ports...
