Using glob for proto files

It is possible to use glob sintax to reference the proto files? `docker run --rm -v /home/work/proto/**/:/protos -v /home/work/a:/out pseudomuto/protoc-gen-doc --doc_opt=markdown,docs.md`

I've created a Xamarin.Android binding of this awesome library. Thank you.

When running the sample if we use a smaller device, the indicators won't appear after been reused.
