exception while running the app

I tried to run the app...but it is giving me com.parse.ParseException:java.lang.IllegalStateException:Connection pool shutdown please help me with this issue

i am getting this error while building apk

Error:Execution failed for task ':app:transformClassesWithJarMergingForDebug'. > com.android.build.api.transform.TransformException: java.util.zip.ZipException: duplicate entry: com/android/volley/Request$Priority.class plz help me to resolve it
