IKVM compile error on Redhat / Rocky linux 9 (Legacy Digest Algorithm)

It works on Ubuntu because legacy OpenSSL support is enabled (I tried it myself). If you try it on a Rocky Distro (free) that mimics Redhat you'll get the error....
