Note that FC41 has only just been the preferred upgrade at, https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/upgrading-fedora-offline/ in the last few weeks.
How many other such options were removed? dnf repoquery --duplicated at least as well?
OK, thanks, but... This all happened to me during the FC40 -> FC 41 upgrade... dnf-automatic seems to have been removed. many options that once worked now don't... Not great...
In my case, dnf-automatic was installed, (FC40) it was removed in the transition to FC41. As examples of "something wrong", (as above) I like to check for broken packages after...

Sorry that should have been, grep -E "GREP.\-" /usr/share/lynis/include/*
Version in fedora40 is, lynis.noarch 3.1.1-1.fc40 @fedora
Once fixed we have to try to persuade the packager to include it in the next release or hopefully FC40!
