组件存在内存泄露风险

**Describe the bug** 组件在NewXX 或者Start里申请了资源(chan/timer/server-listen...)，在Shutdown里没有release，有内存泄露！如在NetworkAnalyzer里启动rpcServer，会出现端口被占用的问题。 **How to reproduce?** 多次执行buildPipeline **What did you expect to see?** 组件在Shutdown里完善对资源的释放
