Make default config files examples

QoL change to have the bundled config files be .example to not overwrite any existing configs. Make the plugin generate cfg files / load defaults if cfg files are missing.

Add Finnish translation

Should be mostly accurate, but some smarter Finns may see grammar issues. Would do Estonian as well, but I'm even rustier at that than Finnish.
