@DmitryPershyn , If you have open internet access in your server, it should automatically download the dependencies. If you're behind secured network, then make sure you have settings.xml in /root/.m2/...

Could you please tell us whether you have exported hostname or the IP address of the machine in build.sh while deploying IDP? Also could you please attach oauth and keycloak...
