Redis is by itself not a job queue but is used as a backend by different job queues like [Celery](https://docs.celeryproject.org/en/stable/getting-started/backends-and-brokers/redis.html), [Resque](https://github.com/resque/resque) and [RQ](https://python-rq.org/).
