Also, document that users should be added via app, not admin.

@liuqingli also encountered problems with not being able to scale the web harvesters.

It would be from the webapps log. Are you using a clean install or existing install? (Wondering if this may cause differences in indexes.)

Thanks @edsu. Just wanted to let you know that I'm (slowly) working on this. I'm looking into user authentication to see if it might enable more search types.
