Editor should edit files, not sync them. If you want 'hack' OneDrive and force him sync files/folders outside of default sync folder - you can use hardlink / junction points...

If I open saved file in notepad - it correctly contain my account name, file is in utf-8 (without BOM). So, problem is somewhere in import-validation place.

@XcJoo is right - just put `InlineKeyboard` with some `InlineKeyboardButton` into your message. When button is pressed - you will receive `Update` with `CallbackQuery` populated.

This message says that your bot lost internet connection, it can't find Telegram servers. Check your internet.
