Yes that does work just fine :) you could also make a batch file and just start that

Open Notepad. write : java -jar C:/your/path/to/admist.exe . Save it as .bat file. Double click the .bat when you want to open admist

Just took a quick look at it. Looks like you need to update the links to the catppuccin ones and in the title of the README point to some page...
