This tech debt is blocked by - https://github.com/RealOrangeOne/react-native-mock/pull/158 - https://github.com/airbnb/enzyme/issues/1436 One possible workaround is https://stackoverflow.com/questions/42039383/how-to-use-enzyme-for-react-native-with-jest. Exclude this ticket from `v1.7.0` until there is better solution.

@alwx - my RN version is 0.42.2 and I got error for `RCTImageFromLocalAssetURL` while building project. Could you review this PR to see whether it could resolve the issue?
