Looking for a `jupyterhub_config.py` example configuration for slurm with https://github.com/jupyterhub/batchspawner I found this repo which looks great. Even better, it has the form configuration for users to select slurm job...

Allows for all times less than 12hrs. Previously only allowed runtime hours to be set to 01, 02, 10, 11, 12.

jupyterhub does not consider the changes in ```slurm_config```. I had to manually delete the ```jupyterhub.sqlite```.

It may be helpful for others to have a VM instance with jupyterhub, dask, and other common tools available on [Jetstream](http://www.jetstream-cloud.org).
