Would it make sense to move the xsede_oauthenticator to jupyterhub/oauthenticator?

I think that would make sense. Probably the most effective thing will be to open an issue with jupyterhub/oauthenticator asking them to pull in xsede_oauthenticator from this repo. Even better if you have the time would be to make a PR to their repo.

@mbmilligan thanks. @zonca suggested via email I take a look at https://github.com/jupyterhub/oauthenticator#globus-setup before proceeding here. I'll examine that before proceeding with the PR.
