[Feature request]: allow edit of base_url

### What do you need? i want to be able to change the base url to another endpoint e.g. the Azure OpenAI endpoint instead of default OpenAI

Hi team, really awesome library. Is there a way to return the source text to be used in the retrieval as source citation? Similar to llama_index's CitationQueryEngine.
