the "markerVocalno" function draws the plot with exact x and y positions, but the “jjVolcano” function draws the plot with only y position. The x position is produced by "geom_jitter"...

Try re-install rlang and ggplot2 package.

You can add ggplot related layers to set the font,size and color.
