We've done further testing using [markdownlivepreview.com](https://markdownlivepreview.com) and [redditpreview.com](https://redditpreview.com), and realised that neither the current imgui_markdown nor your suggested fix completely match the expected markdown behaviour....

Thank you for pointing out those formatting issues. They will be fixed as part of future changes.

Good point. I think the original implementer's reason for removing the `-` is because it's not permitted in variable names in C#. At this point I'd rather keep them as...
