I’m glad to see interest in this PR! Unfortunately, MiMa fails with an exception when we run it via sbt-version-policy. I am not sure what is going on.
Also, according to https://github.com/zio/zio/runs/3867629819?check_suite_focus=true it seems that the next release will be a minor release (1.1.0), is that what you intend?
