UI Dark / Black / White / Default

In Progress:  That's the default DayNight theme in Night mode, with android:backgroundColor set to black, and ``` #111111 #000000 #212121 #C51162 #000 ```

We now have a dark theme in master. It's not a black theme, but it's a start.

Part of this (host file changes) should go into 0.4

Moving to 0.5. It's quite a bit of rework, and I want to get the IPv6 support and user interface tweaks out now, and not mix them with other changes...

Refreshing host files now updates the running service automatically in master!
