最近比较忙，没时间看这个问题。Istio example 当初是用于演示如何在istio环境下使用jaeger-php。所以不建议你们用这个示例集成到你们的业务代码。

能具体说说是怎么规避的吗？直接换成 jonahgeorge/jaeger-client-php 就可以了？
