ctx.broadcast无法传到reducer层

通过TabBarView创建了2个页面A,B。A页面ctx.broadcast只能传到B页面的effect层，无法传到reducer层。 额外尝试了ctx.dispatch和ctx.broadcastEffect，B页面的effect和reducer都收不到通知。 是我哪里用错了嘛？
