ok, in `remote-watch` , I changed README to markdown for display the png.

at present the bpkg index is in https://github.com/bpkg/bpkg/wiki/index https://github.com/bpkg/bpkg.wiki.git why don't use a separated repo ? to accept new packages with "normal" github pull request, or exist a github way...

For now I use `nmap ,g0 :Git diff -U0`

@charlespeters now you can set a username with `-u myUsername`. and see like this  I'll try to fix it so you can see the user avatar.
