Went thru all the files and converted all the *.sh, *.ac and *.am files (+ all the make fles) from windows to unix line endings. SUCCESS! Now onto the next...

Hi. Did this ever get resolved? What's the correct fix? I'm getting the same compile error as @NPreda.
