Automatically Add Auto2FA to list of Apps when granting access

thanks for this tool, it works perfectly.

Just wanted to report a very minor thing that was slightly confusing.

When granting permissions for the first time, the app did not appear in the list, so I had to add it using the + icon first:

Normally other apps that ask for that kinds of permissions normally appear already on the list, and you just have to "turn on the toggle".

As I said, very minor issue (arguably not even an issue) but thought I'd report.
