Lighthouse check: Registers an unload listener

Just saw this little warning in Lighthouse after adding PostHog to my personal website. Not sure if this is a concern but I thought I'd make it known!

Remove web3 dependency

Update package-lock and yarn lock

Deleted `yarn.lock` and ran `npm install`. Regenerated yarn lock with `yarn` after. Fixes node-gyp errors on `sha3` build.

Upgrade wyvern-js to remove web3.js

Fix NPM install

Fixes installation with NPM including some integrity check errors. - Regenerate `package-lock.json` and remove `yarn.lock`. - Upgraded web3-provider-engine to avoid a conflicting dependency issue
