in the MSI e.g. with http://www.instedit.com/ the custom Action runAfterFinish can be removed if it's required that quba does not start after install

running without admin privs: the open source software 7-zip can be used on the exe (quba-setup...exe) extract to and then in \$PLUGINSDIR to extract app-64.7z "extract here"
