HPO doesnt tend to be part of these types of domain level frameworks. I doubt it has been tested here but, for PyTorch, you could try Optuna or Ray Tune...
I think even making the existing tutorials more digestible would really help. For example, adding comments in the code, putting them into Jupyter NBs and adding some level of prose...
